Reclaimed wood coffee table, two coastal armchairs, and a 65" Smart TV. Large window facing Shore View Dr with natural light, but the real magic is the back.

A wide sliding glass door on the Gulf-side opens to your private,covered lanai. Open that slider and the whole living room becomes indoor/outdoor.

Your Private lanai - The Best Part of Downstairs:
This is why people book the lower level. Your lanai is an extension of your living room - covered lanai with an outdoor ceiling fans, outdoor seating area and outdoor dining.

Furnished with a 4-person teak dining set. This is where you have morning coffee while the kids are still sleeping, and sunset cocktails with your feet up.

Because you are almost ground-level, you are IN the tropical landscaping - palms and sea grapes rustle around you. You can see the Gulf through the trees and hear the waves, but you are shaded and private. It's 20 degrees cooler than upstairs in summer.

Kitchen - Fully Stocked & Functional:
All-white kitchen with white shaker cabinets, white quartz counters, and stainless appliances. Not as massive as upstairs, but smarter for beach living - everything within reach.

Bedrooms - Cool & Dark for Sleeping:

Primary - King Suite: Located at the back for privacy and quiet. King bed with crisp white hotel linens, blue accents, blackout curtains, large closet with built-ins, dresser, and nightstands with USB chargers. Ceiling fan and 43" TV. You sleep like a baby down here because it's naturally cooler and darker.
Second Bedroom - Queen + Bunks or 2 Queens: Flexible for families. Currently set as a Queen + Twin Bunk setup or 2 Queens - sleeps 3-4 kids or 2 adults comfortably. Closet full of extra blankets, beach towels, and a pack-n-play if needed.
Bathrooms - Updated & Sand-Friendly:

Primary Bath: Walk-in shower with white subway tile, glass door, rainfall head, white vanity with quartz top, large mirror. Designed to rinse off sand easily.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
